the best days of december (so far). 17th, 18th, and 19th.
went out each day with my three groups of friends who have made me into what I am today, have pulled me out from times of hell and made everyday with them a different and exhilarating one.
17th: with my beloved boyfriends
met them at amk kpool to play a game or two. keith was my partner =) hahahaha win one game lose one game. but i cant believe they kicked me out of 'murderer' even before i touched the que stick. then the usual prata supper with lots of different types of conversation.
it's funny how all of us with so many different characteristics can come together as one whole group. me a girl, azhar the non-stop political rantings, keith with his emo emo thoughts, shahidan and his books, zhenhui the crazy one, and aslany... er... i guess it's what we've been through together for the 4 years in sgs, the mould of our friendship. thinking back about that times where keith and shahidan would get so mad at each other, block each other off msn, cold war, just like a couple =) how azhar would go on and on about racisim and criticism, how the zhenhui made our accounts teacher cry, and the many stupid things that we all did during those days.
i'm just glad that after all these years, we've never lost touch and i thank you all for being a great bunch of guys to hang out with, where i never felt left out, intimidated or even threten by the presence of so many guys. it's nice to feel protected around you all. love you boyfriends =)
18th: date with fate girlfriends and JUDE LAW!!!
the heading just gave away what we did that day =) leanna, sarah, corde, denise, robyn and me met up at marina square to watch THE HOLIDAY!!! super extremely nice show that i would recommend totally for a christmas movie this year. as a tradition for the past 4 years, fate girls have been meeting up every christmas to carol and watch a movie. this year i missed carolling =( sorry girls. but i'll never miss the movies. 2006 - The Holiday, 2005 - Narnia, 2004 - Polar Express, 2003 - Love Actually. Not sure if there was 2002 =X
sarah, leanna, robyn, denise, sherlyn, corde, sandra, maryann, amanda and me. out of the 10 of us, 7 from olgc =) knew each other over a decade ago, but a friendship forever. thanks babes for the fun singing sessions, the sleep overs, the bitching, the movies, the talks, the christmas gifts, the shopping, the cat class sessions, the smiles and laughter of everyone. =) thanks for being my pillar of support all the time.
can't really remember how we actually came about as a group, but i know it started from a simple corner of the hall, with the piano, guitar, soft toys and cushions and a small fraction of the stage =) i never want to imagine how confirmation will be like without all of you in the room of bees and being locked out of the room twice, the singing and dip dips. *hugs* to all you babes =) i love you all girlfriends =)
oh and girls, i just realised this is the only photo of all 10 of us. the others always ahve one or two persons missing =(. so freaking hard to get 10 of us together huh.
19th: with the dumbernarian family
met up with diana(cow) and joyner(shit) first to go buy havaianas from zizi at NUM. Thanks zi for the discount. then headed to PS, walked around and waited for lynette(bear). Ate dinner, bitch, trashed, and then headed to mind's cafe. being a tuesday, ladies night, mind's cafe was fully booked so we moved on in the rain to paradiz centre to play pool!!! then had ice kachang with christina(goddes of suay, chicken). and two large fries with piles of chilli sauce.
this family is the family of cow and chicken, a turtle(me), a bear and a piece of shit. funny how the names came about. long story. but this family has been the one true family that has been there in times of stressful projects and irritating bitch/bastard group mates. the hugs in parade squares, the nap times down at blk G. the discounted food at COFFEE GROUNDS, the acting like peacock and other birds for the birdshow at animal encounter platform, the drinking session to get rid of all stupid thoughts and troubles and the little get togethers under the stars at the stadium. and the most beautiful memory of all, a genting-kl trip all by ourselves, the five of us =).
thank you girls for being there for me through this whole year at sentosa =) the times of hell would have burnt my brains and ended my life if it weren't for you all =) *hugs* see you soon. love you!!
